Yesterday and today I have been Barack Obama crazed. First, waiting in line at 7 in the morning yesterday for tickets was completely successful. Then today getting up early to stand in another line for the town hall meeting. I was ready for sitting in the last row, I was ready to just be there, to listen, to absorb this historic event in the making. I am not sure I was ready for front row seating, front and center. WOW!
Pictures speak louder than words so I will let them speak for themselves.
It was truly an amazing experience. Trying to be in the moment, not letting it fly by with adrenaline and excitement was hard. This is the first time I have seen a Presidential candidate. It is the first time I have cared to. What an amazing day to talk about for many days to come.
I am off for a girls weekend to Chicago!! I am super pumped about seeing the girls that I grew so close to during our study abroad in Guatemala last summer. It is amazing how close you can become in such a short amount of time. I love these girls and can’t wait to see them!!
Have a wonderful weekend! And no matter who you are voting for remember to vote! Early voting started today in North Carolina. Make your voice heard!
