meals this week

to assist in my resolutions this year i am using this blog as a tool. a tool to keep me organized. meals. eating for health and enjoyment. also we like to save money. staying on track and not eating out has always been a struggle so i am hoping that creating a menu each week will help curb that “what’s for dinner?” question which usually results in us eating out.

if you have recipes you think we will love i would love to try them out.

tomato soup w/ homemade bread bowl
dinner:
goat cheese and sun-dried tomato pasta w/ salad

tuesday
breakfast:
1 egg, english muffin w/ apple butter
lunch:
garden burger, banana, yogurt
dinner:
out in raleigh!

wednesday
breakfast:
yogurt, banana
lunch:
fruit smoothie
dinner:
out with bonnie!

thursday
breakfast:
oatmeal (gluten-free) w/ honey
lunch:
garden burger, banana
dinner:
vegan brunswick stew

friday
breakfast:
smoothie
lunch:
oatmeal (gluten-free) w/ raisins
dinner:
leftover stew w/ salad

saturday
breakfast:
english muffin w/ peanut butter, yogurt
lunch:
out
dinner:
homemade bbq chicken pizza

at least 4 meatless dinners (resolution check), plenty of protein, lots of fruit … i need to work on more veggies.
