lunch: no salt turkey sandwich with yogurt parfait with granola and fruit
dinner: chicken enchiladas

wednesday
lunch: leftover chicken enchiladas
dinner: bbq huevos rancheros

thursday
lunch: no salt turkey sandwich with yogurt parfait with granola and fruit
dinner: szechuan-style tofu with peanuts and brown rice

friday
lunch: leftover tofu and rice
dinner: homemade veggie and bacon pizza

saturday
brunch: whole grain, oatmeal pancakes with mashed bananas
dinner: black bean and corn nachos

sunday
lunch: new indian restaurant! super, super yum!
dinner: homemade veggie and bean burritos

haha! it is my first attempt with tofu so we will see if it is even leftover worthy! i may be calling you for advice :)
