monday
dinner: out to the brewery. it has been that kinda monday.

tuesday
breakfast: yogurt. fresh fruit. granola.
lunch: peanut butter and homemade jelly sandwich. old school goodness.
dinner: out to chipotle with friends. then the ecu/unc baseball game.

wednesday
breakfast: oatmeal.
lunch: strawberry-flax smoothie.
snack: yogurt. granola. almond butter.
dinner: chicken and mushrooms in a garlic white wine sauce. served with brown rice. (1)

thursday
breakfast: oatmeal.
lunch: rasberry and nut smoothie.
snack: grapefruit.
dinner: veggie spaghetti.

friday
breakfast: cereal.
lunch: leftover veg spaghetti.
dinner: baked potato nachos. toppings black beans, green chiles, and cheese, of course.

saturday
breakfast: cereal.
lunch: sandwiches for the husband and i. (2)
dinner: shrimp and grits. so good. (3)

sunday
brunch: waffles! excited to try this recipe from shannon.
dinner: homemade veggie pizza.

what will you be having this week?

it was fun having peach cobbler last week. i still lost 2 lbs. which goes to show you everything in moderation! so i am thinking another dessert this week. strawberry shortcake?

Yum! Those waffles were really good. I may add chocolate chips to them next time.I'm making vegan lemon squares this week for dessert. I love having a homemade dessert in the house each week. It is all about moderation.
