major yum.

start with whole grain bread.  and toast it.  (gluten free udi’s is the best i have had from the store. 2 slices are 140 calories.)

then half a tablespoon of nut butter.  i chose almond butter on one slice and peanut on another.  slice up a banana and sprinkle cinnamon on top.

major yum people. whole grains. fruit. protein. fiber.  paired with yogurt.  a perfectly low-calorie, whole food, delicious lunch.
