pumpkin lovin’

160 calories of yummy pumpkin goodness.

1/2 cup of canned pure pumpkin puree (40 calories)
1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder (25 calories)
1/2 cup of almond milk (20 calories)
1 small banana (75 calories – i counted the calories for this blog post but i never count calories that come from fruit. i just don’t.)
sweetener of choice. i used 2 splenda packets and wasn’t thrilled after the first attempt.  then i used a tablespoon of agave light syrup and it was much better.  experiment with what you like best.
lots of cinnamon.  cinnamon brings out the pumpkin flavor.
