weekly menu

because life must go on. which means a trip to the grocery store is in order. no more frozen pizza dinners.

monday
breakfast: luna bar. banana.
lunch: leftover ice cream.  hey, keepin’ it real. i was just not ready to eat healthy today. didn’t happen.  good news, i finished the carton. so tomorrow will be better, or i will starve.  (and i don’t do hungry well.)
dinner: out.  probably whole foods.  it is our home away from home.

tuesday
breakfast: egg cups. with some variations. trader joe organic rosemary ham.
lunch: yogurt + fruit. luna bar.
dinner: almond butter + banana + udi gluten free whole grain bread = happiness.

wednesday
breakfast: leftover egg cup. yogurt + fruit.
lunch: spinach salad.
dinner: creamless tomato soup. (vegan!) grilled cheese sandwich on the side.

thursday
breakfast: leftover egg cup. yogurt + fruit.
lunch: leftover soup.
dinner: blueberry, oatmeal pancakes. hold the syrup. add lots of fruit.

friday
breakfast: steel cut oatmeal + blueberries.
lunch:  almond butter + banana + udi gluten free whole grain bread.
dinner:  slow cooker black bean soup. (vegan!)

saturday
breakfast: luna bar. banana.
lunch: leftover black bean soup.
dinner: spinach salad.

sunday
breakfast: luna bar. yogurt + fruit.  
lunch: out.
dinner: i might totally sneak in a frozen pizza. we are helping my dad and stepmom move so i am counting on getting home late and being wiped out.

snacks:
kale smoothie
sesame-kale chips
popcorn
fruitful bars.
100 calorie chocolate bars.
quinoa crisps with hummus and/or salsa.
