dinner:  roasted chicken. baked sweet potato.

tuesday
breakfast:  luna protein bar. (banana after morning run)
lunch:  out for a meeting lunch.
dinner:  leftover roasted chicken shredded over romaine lettuce salad.

wednesday
breakfast:  steel cut oatmeal.
lunch:  huge spinach salad.
dinner:  black-eyed pea and collard green soup.


thursday
breakfast:  two scrambled eggs with fresh salsa.
lunch:  leftover soup.  spinach salad.
dinner:  chickpea, tomato and spinach curry. served over brown rice.

friday
breakfast:  steel cut oatmeal.
lunch:  egg in an avocado. leftover soup.
dinner:  choice of leftover black-eyed pea soup or chickpea curry.

saturday
breakfast:  luna bar.  (with banana after run)
lunch: spinach salad. leftover soup or curry.
dinner: out.

sunday
breakfast:  luna bar.
lunch:  egg omelet. yogurt with fresh fruit.
dinner:  poblano white bean chili.

snacks:
yogurt with fresh berries
luna protein bars – 180 calories
trader joe’s fiber bars – 60 calories
dark chocolate bars – 100 calories
grapes
hard cooked eggs
