breakfast for champions. or lunch.

i have had quite the sweet tooth lately. specifically the need for chocolate.  yes, need.  oh how to use my calories wisely … i came up with this combination and it fills me up with enough “good stuff” but also fulfills my desire for a chocolate crunch.

steel cut oats, 150 calories per serving.

add luna bar with peanuts and chocolate, 180 calories per bar.

a filling, good for you, and yummy 330 calorie breakfast.  or lunch if you happened to skip breakfast because of blogging.  oops.
