i am in love

i have briefly spoken about my new love/obsession with pb2.  pb2 is this amazing delicious powder that when mixed with water makes my taste buds do a little dance.

i haven’t found it anywhere other than online.  luckily, amazon prime had a sweet deal.  so i bought both the peanut butter (original pb2) and chocolate peanut butter.  both delicious in their own way, but the chocolate peanut butter is my new best friend.

2 tbsp = 45 calories.  no joke.  add 1 tbsp of water and voila low calorie AND delicious peanut butter.

if you love peanut butter but are trying to cut the calories, run do not walk to the closest computer and order some of this.  you will not be sorry.  i promise.  if you are, i don’t understand your taste buds and you may be from a different planet.

first i made it in a smoothie.

1 tbsp pb2
1 tbsp chocolate pb2
1 snack cup of sugar free dark chocolate pudding
1/2 cup almond milk

120 calories of chocolate peanut butter goodness.  and if you really want a treat, add a frozen banana.

and then today.  oh boy.  i mixed 2 tbsp of plain greek yogurt with 2 tbsp of chocolate pb2 and 1 tbsp of water.  57 calorie chocolate dip for my fruit.

i think i have just found a way to eat fruit every. single. day. for the rest of my life.

and yes.  i totally licked the bowl.
