lunch: pb2 smoothie. pb2 chocolate + strawberry + udi’s gluten free bread = sandwich happiness.
dinner: black eyed pea and kale soup.

wednesday
breakfast: yogurt + fruit
lunch: leftover soup.
dinner: shrimp stir fry.

thursday
breakfast: scrambled eggs.
lunch: leftover soup or stir fry.
dinner: baked white fish with roasted cabbage.

friday
breakfast: oatmeal.
lunch: leftover stir fry.
dinner: homemade tomato soup. keep carrying over maybe i will finally make it!

saturday
breakfast: yogurt + fruit.
lunch: scrambled eggs + fruit.
dinner: black bean soup. 

sunday
breakfast: yogurt + fruit.
lunch: oatmeal or spinach omelet.
dinner: oatmeal, whole grain pancakes. hold the syrup and add fruit.
