dinner:  all green smoothie (pineapple juice, green grapes, bartlett pear, avocado, broccoli, spinach)

breakfast: all green smoothie (pineapple juice, green grapes, bartlett pear, avocado, broccoli, spinach)
lunch: kiwi watermelon smoothie
dinner:  jerk chicken mango kebabs. served with brown rice.

thursday
breakfast:  good morning smoothie (grapes, cucumber, kiwi, apple, broccoli)
lunch:  leftover chicken kebab and brown rice.
dinner:  grilled shrimp taco salad.

friday
breakfast:  kiwi watermelon smoothie.
lunch:  leftover taco salad.
dinner:  breakfast for dinner.  eggs.  either scrambled or omelet style.  and a biscuit for the husband.

saturday
breakfast:  going green smoothie. (grapes, pineapple, banana, spinach)
lunch:  fend for yourself.
dinner:  baked white fish with sugar snap peas.

sunday
brunch:  leftover smoothie.
dinner:  grilled romaine salad.
