weigh in monday plus a weekly menu

slowly but surely the weight is coming off. one pound this week. two pounds last week. i am getting closer to one-durland and couldn’t be happier.  transitioning to whole fat dairy products along with my addiction to frozen yogurt shops plus not yet being able to work out at my regular intensity has played into a VERY slow losing of pounds.

consistency and patience are this girls best and worst friend.  lucky for me it is HOT and the last thing i want on an extremely hot day is a huge meal.  lots of green smoothies, at least two a day actually have been just the perfect thing. plus watermelon and lots of pineapple.

monday
breakfast: pb2 + frozen banana + spinach + 1 cup milk
lunch: 1 cup milk + 1 cup frozen cherries and blueberries + spinach + 1/2 frozen banana
snack: toasted g/f english muffin with pb2 spread
dinner: oven roasted potatoes + scrambled eggs + bacon. watermelon.

tuesday
breakfast: almond mango overnight oats
lunch: spinach + pineapple + frozen peaches
snack: yogurt + granola
dinner: toasted english muffin with pb2 spread + pineapple

wednesday
breakfast: pancakes with blueberry topping
lunch: cookout with friends!
dinner: cereal. or green smoothie. or whatever is on hand.

thursday
breakfast: almond mango overnight oats.
lunch: spinach + pineapple + frozen peaches. yogurt + granola.
dinner: out with a friend!

friday
breakfast: pb2 + frozen banana + spinach + 1 cup milk
lunch: 1 cup milk + 1 cup frozen cherries and blueberries + spinach + 1/2 frozen banana
snack: toasted g/f english muffin with pb2 spread

weekend meal possibilities:
grilled chicken
roasted potoates
kale chips
omelets
g/f frozen pizza 

and lots of these! watermelon frosty :)
