three thanksgiving meals. two workouts. one 5k walk.

needless to say, it has been a crazy food-filled week.  lots of hosting and traveling with very little workout time.  the husband and i did recruit my dad and stepmom to complete a 5k gobbler race on thanksgiving.  i did complete five miles at the gym on saturday morning.

the scale says i didn’t hit my goal this week.  but man, i was close.  i gained .8 pounds.  not a full one, because that totally counts.  but i didn’t maintain and i really did want to lose at least one.  oh well.  i move forward and kick butt this week.

my goal to get out of the 200′s by 2013 is totally within my reach.  it will be a challenge but i know i can do it.
